Randal is an over-educated pompous ass!

Five degrees? Like really who on the earth needs five degrees? Five degrees to work for a consulting company so you can charge rediculous fees to tell companies things they already know?

It really was rude of him for him to use that whole “I believe The Apprentice is about *The* Apprentice, meaning there should only be one” speech that was out and out gloating, I would have taken offence to that if I was Trump and probably would have fired him then and there.

Hats off to you Rebecca, I think you can actually do better for yourself outside of the Trump organization anyway, like who really wants to work for Trump anyway? I’d love to be like an architecture firm hired by him but I don’t think I could actually stand working for him.

I have to say that at first Randal’s decision was a bit of a shock. However, before he basically said no to the question of hiring Rebecca, he did say she was worth hiring. I think his point was that he was the winner and it was his time to celebrate. Rebecca being hired would just have ruined it. I believe Donald may later hire Rebecca for the other job because he seemed to be interested in hiring her.

You know I thought more about this today and I honestly think Randal was just playing the game annd acting all nice like throughout the season. I don’t think he is really like that at all and I actually think he won’t last long in the trump organization.

For example think about the task when that Jennifer air head was project manager and totally stuffed it up, instead of ousting her, Randal went after Kristy who was a potential competitor where it was clearly Jennifer that deserved to go. He just pretended to be Mr Nice
Guy and used that to help get him through.

I still can’t believe that Trump would hire someone that didn’t have a Plan B, you ALWAYS have a Plan B!

Sorry Jason, I am right ;) After all, I was the one that chose Randal a month ago when you put you placed your bet on Alla or Rebecca… alright, that does not mean much, and you could be right but I think the argument that he was just playing the game is not very meaningful. Sure he played the game by quoting his “undefeated record” several times and going after the better competitors, but I would think most candidates in all seasons played it as a game for at least part of the game — it would be smart to work the other players. But that is besides the point because, in my eyes, and seemingly Trump’s, Randal proved he was mostly sincere and could manage.

As for not having a plan b… That was a mistake of Randal’s. I am not surprised to see him make some mistakes. What I think is odd though is that everyone overlooked Rebecca’s lack of a plan b. When Joe’s union kept him from particpating, Rebecca had to come up with a replacement on the spot. She did not have a back up plan. Some may say that her mistake was of less magnitude, but from what was televised, the comedian was the largest part of the event… especially considering there was not an auction or some other sort of way to bring in money besides the envelopes.
