Australian Rules Football in Houston!
[tag]Houston[/tag][tag]AFL[/tag][tag]Football[/tag]Want to see how real men play football? The Dallas Magpies Australian Rules Football Club is holding an informal & fun footy game in Houston’s Memorial Park on the 8th April and if you want to see what Australian Rules Football is all about then this is a prime opportunity to come out and watch or even play!
I’ll be there along with at least another fellow Aussie friend plus probably some of our mountain bike team so come out and join us for a good time! I’m sure there will be an Aussie style BBQ and other Australian related fun, plus us Aussies are a friendly bunch so you can’t lose! The details of the day are still being finalized so once they are I will post them here.
Aussie - I’ve played Rugby for many years and have recently gotten involved in AF. Is there a team in Houston? I’ve found some references to the Houston Hawks, have you heard anything about them? I’d like to check it out and hopefully start to play. Thanks man,
